Four Seasons/Vernick Fish/Reed’s Farm Dinner

An exclusive, private dinner led by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Greg Vernick and the Vernick Fish of Four Seasons Philadelphia team at Reed’s Farm in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

My Role in the event:

  • Table design (linens, china, silverware, glassware)

  • Floral design (hand-created all floral arrangements)

  • Owned and created Production Schedule

  • Owned all vendor outreach, communication, and coordination (furniture, linens, china, lighting, print)

  • Onsite hands-on production support (Vendor POC, greeting and guiding guests, load in and load out oversight and help)

My Role in the event:

  • Owned food truck coordination

  • Owned crew & talent meals

  • Owned print & signage plan, designed tabl signage, napkin signage, A Frame directional signage

  • Assisted in budget tracking and management

  • Onsite hands-on production support and management (Vendor POC, greeting and guiding guests, load in and load out oversight and help)

Black Tech Week

A four-day tech conference at The Aranoff Centerin Cincinnati with all-day programming, unique activations, and daily cocktail receptions

Bite for The Fight

A food and beverage festival to raise money for the Fight on MaKenna Foundation, a non-profit that supports families experiencing childhood cancer

My Role in the event:

  • Full account management/client primary point person

  • Vendor coordination and management

  • Created and maintained production material, including run-of-show, production schedules, vendor matrix, talent itineraries, all communication, and on-site coordination.

  • Table setting design assistance

  • Menu design assistance

  • On-site end-to-end support and production

Fall Food Preview Event

A night with the Philadelphia inquirer and the city’s favorite food critics, influencers, bloggers, reporters, and chefs.

Beats ‘N Eats

An annual auction with musical performances and a six-course meal by celebrity chef Robert Irvine to benefit the Robert Irvine Foundation, supporting mental health initiatives for veterans.

My Role in the event:

  • Owned guest management, VIP management and seating charts

  • Owned volunteer and temp staff management

  • Vendor management assistance

  • Venue management assistance

A collection of ceremonies across the US to celebrate and appreciate high school graduates enlisting in the military

  • Full account management/client primary point person
